Production Safety Standardization

Through the establishment of the Responsibility System for Production Safety, the company develops safety management systems and operating procedures, investigates hidden risks, monitors major risk sources, establishes preventive mechanisms, and standardizes production behaviors. The purpose of these measures is to ensure that all production links meet the requirements of relevant laws, regulations, and standards for production safety, to maintain the safe production status of the company’s people, machines, assets, and environment, and to continue to improve and strengthen the standardized establishment of the company’s production safety.

According to the requirements of the General Norms for Safety Standardization of Hazardous Chemical Enterprises (AQ3013-2008), the company has carried out comprehensive work safety standardization work, has established the Responsibility System for Production Safety (Trial), and has implemented the safety production responsibilities of leaders and departments at all levels. The company has also developed and implemented the Compilation of Production Safety Management System (Trial). The company formulates safety production goals according to actual production safety situations, executes and upholds the principle of maintaining long-term, effective safety work, including the implementation of job standards, promotes HAZOP methods, deepens the investigation of hidden risks, optimizes a wide number of rules and regulations, promotes of safety culture knowledge training, strengthens the construction of safety management teams, and more.

Production Safety Responsibility System

By refining the company’s long history of safety production and labor protection management practices, the company formulated the ZMC Responsibility System for Production Safety (Trial) and clearly specified the safety production responsibilities of various departments and managers at all levels according to the principle of "Whoever is in Charge is Responsible". Upon this basis, the company's affiliates formulated their own Responsibility Systems for Production Safety, which defined the safety responsibilities of leaders, departments, workshops, relevant technicians, and production workers during their respective production processes, and fully implemented a zero-gap safety production responsibility system.

Leaders at all levels of the company attach great importance to work safety and worker protection. Both leaders and employees fully perform their duties and responsibilities, forming a complete and systematic work safety management model.


Emergency Preparedness Plan

The company has also formulated the "ZMC Emergency Preparedness Plan", which clearly stipulates the terms of emergency organizational duties, accident prevention, emergency response, and post-emergency response. All company affiliates have incorporate the respective characteristics of their production plan and geographical environment and have formulated comprehensive emergency plans, special emergency plans, and on-site emergency disposal plans. In addition, a workshop-level emergency escape system has been formulated, including comprehensive emergency management, fire management, and emergency rescue systems, along with emergency rescue organizations such as emergency work teams, medical departments, and professional emergency rescue equipment and infrastructure.

The company's affiliates regularly organizes activities such as emergency drills and special skill competitions to test employees' emergency mitigation skills, and regularly revise their emergency preparedness plans as needed.
